HomeMy WebLinkAbout11121993 min IP ?AB 3-11-q't • MINUTES The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on November 12, 1993. Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairman Karl Stairs Norval Angle Carol Dennison Sylvia Smith Others Present: Linda Gentry, Building Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by Larry Blair. Ms. Dennison was present at City Hall for meeting but was not made aware of the change of meeting location. Therefore, she was not able to vote on the request, but since she made an effort to be here, she is counted as present at the meeting. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: • I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 706 E. 3th Street Legal Description: Lot 10, Blk 9, Tr D, Town of Sanford, PE 1 PG 56, as recorded in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida. Front Yard Setback Requirement: 25 feet Present Setback: 15 feet Variance Needed: 10 feet Rear Yard Setback Requirement: 20 feet Present Setback: 7 feet Variance Needed: 13 feet The planned use of the property is to construct a single family residence.
