Members Present: Larry Blair Norval Angle Joe Hartwig Members Absent: Sylvia Smith Karl Stairs Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official Mary Muse, Secretary The meeting was called to order at 11:50 A.M. by Larry Blair. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 • Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 2430 Holly Avenue Legal Description: S 40' of Lot 16 & N. 40' of Lot 17 Blk 12 3rd Sec Dreamwold PB 4 PG 70 Zoning Classification: RMOI & SR -1 Side Yard Setback Requirement: 7.5 feet Present Setback: 5 feet Variance Needed: 2.5 feet The planned use of the property is to erect an aluminum carport onto side of existing single - family residence.
