Mr. Keith was present to represent the request. Mr. Keith stated
that he spoke with the neighbor, Dot Powell, and she does not
have any objections to the building being in the side yard. All
their guests come to the house at the rear and there is a scrFen
enclosure at the rear where they entertain and does not want tc
put the building in the rear 'lard for that reason. The building
would be permanent. Mrs. Sonnenberg informed the board that his
side yard is adjacent to Cooke Avenue which is a dirt road that
is used mainly by the refuse tracks.
Mr. Angle made a motion to deny the variance request because the
buildincr would be there forever and Cooke Avenue may open in the
future and does not fee' it is in Sanford's best interest. Mr.
Stairs seconded.
