411 The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall
at 11:30 A.M. on August 28, 1992.
Members Present: Larry Blair
Norval Angle
Karl Stairs
Sylvia Smith
Joe Hartwig
Others Present: Mary Muse, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman,
Larry Blair.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Sanford, FL 32771
• Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 126 Lake Ada Circle
Legal Description: Lot 120, Hidden Lake Phase 3 Unit 5 as
recorded in PB 29, PGs 40 & 41, Seminole County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Rear Yard Setback Requirement: 20 feet
Present Setback: 17 feet
Variance Needed: 3 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect a single - family
residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Arthur Riegert
Mr. Riegert was unable to be present to represent the request.
He is an FPL employee and possibly was called down to the Miami
area due to Hurricane Andrew.
Ms. Smith made a motion to approve the 3 ft. rear yard setback.
Mr. Angle seconded.
