Mr. Angle made a motion to table until Ms. Singletary submitted an existing floor plan so the board could see the lay out of the house. Mr. Stairs seconded. During discussion Ms. Smith asked Ms. Singletary if she would consider making the front room addition approximately 2.5 feet smaller and not extend beyond the side of the house on Cedar Avenue side. Ms. Singletary said she could do that. Mr. Angle withdrew his motion to table and Mr. Stairs withdrew his second. Ms. Smith made a motion to approve the 2.35 ft. front yard setback as long as the addition does not protrude onto the side yard area, approve the 10.10 ft. side yard variance for the • garage and screen porch addition.
