The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall
at 11:30 a.m. on December 13, 1991.
Members Present: Karl Stairs
John McClanahan
Norval Angle
Sylvia Smith
Larry Blair
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Mary Muse, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by the vice
Chairman, Karl Stairs.
