• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall
at 11:30 a.m. on July 12, 1991.
Members Present: Norval Angle, Acting Chairman
John McClanahan
Karl Stairs
Members Absent: Larry Blair
W.M. Philips, Chairman
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official
Linda Gentry, Secretary
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Case #91 -013
• Address: 116 Bethune Circle
Legal Description: Lot 55 Academy Manor Unit 1 PB 13 PG 93
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Rear Yard Requirements: 12.4 feet (granted by Board on 4/26/91)
Present Setbacks: 10.4 feet
Variance Needed: 2.0 feet
The planned use of the property is to construct a family room.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

the owner behind them that they did not object.
John McClanahan made a motion to approve the request. Karl
Stairs seconded.
