at 11:30 a.m. on April 26, 1991.

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Case *91 -04
• Address: 116 Bethune Circle
Legal Description: Lot 55, Academy Manor, Unit 1 PB 13 PG 93
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Rear Yard Requirements: 20 feet
Present Setbacks: 8'4"
Variance Needed: 11'6"
The planned use of the property is to add a family room.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Beverly Hollie was present and stated that they wanted to
building an addition to the rear of their single family dwelling.
She presented a letter from the surrounding neighbors stating
they had no objections and advised that there is a house between
her house and the house to the rear of hers.
Norval Angle stated that he did not approve of the addition being
so close to the rear property line and made a notion to allow
them to have a 12.4' (7.6' variance) setback and reduce the room
from a 19 X 21 to a 15 X 21. Larry Blair seconded.

Present Setbacks: 8 feet
Variance Requested: 2 feet
Square Footage Requirements: 1500 sq. feet
Present Square Footage: 1405 sq. feet
Variance Requested: 95 square feet

Present Lot Size: 9240 sq. feet

The planned use of this property is to construct a single family
residence.

David Stump was present to represent the request.
Mr. Stump stated that the zoning across the street is SR -1 and
that the total square footage under -roof is 1900. He also
submitted a letter to the Board that showed that the sqaure
footage is in the range of the existing houses in the area.
Larry Blair made a motion to approve the request. Norval Angle
seconded.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
