I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 2506 Laurel Avenue
Legal Description: Leg Lots 4 + 5 Elk 8A Dreamwold
• Zoning Classification: GC -2
Side Yard Requirements: 7 5 feet
Present Setbacks: 5 feet
Variance Needed: 2.5 feet
The planned use of the property is to enclose an existing non-
conforming carport.
