The planned use of this property is to construct a one (1) duplex
on each lot.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Bruce White
Bruce White was present to represent the request and stated that
he wanted the variance in order to be able to maintain the
appearance of the existing duplexes in this low- income housing
subdivision.
Mr. White advised that the side property line would be 20' from
the living area but only 15' from the attached utility room. He
also advised that he could build a two -story duplex but it was
against the current homeowners wishes because it would be at the
beginning of the subdivision and would not be consistent with
what was already there.
Norval Angle made a motion to deny the request. Motion died due
to the lack of a second.
• Steve Richards made a motion to approve the request. Norval
Angle seconded for the sake of discussion. Second was withdrawn.
