The planned use of the property is to erect an equipment hu il'ing
and free- standing three -sided antenna structure up to 280' above
the ground.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Attorney Stephen Coover was present to represent the request. He
stated that the variance was necessary due to the fact that the
city had acquired additional frontage for a right -of -way.
