Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Case #90-27
• Address: 2426 Marshall Avenue
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Side Yard Requirements: 7.5 feet
Present Setbacks: 4.9 feet
Variance Needed: 2.6 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect a patio cover.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Rick from Exterior Homesavers was present to represent the
request. He stated that there is an existing slab and it would
be approximatley 70' from an existing house on the neighboring
lot.
