• The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall
at 11:30 a.m. on September 14, 19.90.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Acting Chairman
Steve Richards
John McClanahan
Members Absent: Wally Philips, Chairman
Norval Angle
Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Case #90 -26
• Address: 3051 Narcissus Avenue
Zoning Classification: AG, Agricultural
Variance Requested: Front Yard & Antenna Height
The planned use of the property is to erect an equipment building
and free standing three -sided antenna structure up to 280' above
ground.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
