at 11:30 a.m. on July 13, 1990.

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Case #90 -21
Address: N. Side of Lake Mary Blvd. /E. Side of Sir Lawrence Dr.
• Zoning Classification: MR -2
Maximum Unit Density: 15 units per acre
Variance Requested: 15.2 Units per acre
The planned use of the property is to construct an apartment
complex.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Doug McBriarty of Commonwealth Engineering & Roger Hendran of
Thompkins Investment Corporation were present to represent the
request..
Mr. McBriarty stated that there was a total of 13.5 acres 4 years
ago and that 168 units would have been allowed until the right -
of -way dedicated to Seminole County was shifted. They are
requesting to have the two (2) units that would have been allowed
prior to that instead of having to redesign the entire building.
Steve Rcihards made a motion to approve the request. John
McClanahan seconded.

Zoning Classification: GC -2
Parking Space Requirements: 45 spaces
Spaces Provided: 31 spaces
Variance Requested: 14 spaces
Rear Yard Requirements: 20 feet
Present Setbacks: 10 feet
Variance Needed: 10 feet
The planned use of this property is to construct a new church and
parking lot.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Rev. Ings & Cal Conklin of Conklin, Porter & Holmes Engineering
were present to represent the request.
Mr. Conklin advised that the new sanctuary would seat 150 people
and that 45 parking spaces would be required. He also stated
that Rev. Ings had been trying to purchase the two (2) vacant
lots adjacent to the property.
Mr. Conklin also advised that Bill Simmons, City Engineer, has no
problem with the overall situation and approves of the staggered
parking spaces.
John McClanahan made a motion to approve the request. Steve
Richards seconded.
