The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in
Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall
at 11:30 a.m. on March 30, 1990.

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
• in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Case #90 -07
Address: 505 E. 1st Street
Legal Description: All that part of the W. 100' of Blk 14 lying
S. of First Street as part of Chapman & Tucker Addition to
Sanford PB 1 PG 24 as recorded in Sanford, Seminole County, Fla.
Zoning Classification: GC -2
Rear Yard Requirements: 20 feet
Present Setbacks: 5 feet
Variance Needed: 15 feet
Parking Requirements: 23 spaces
Present: 15 spaces
Variance Needed: 8 spaces
The planned use of the property is to open a pizza restaurant.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The rear yard variance was being requested to be able to install
a walk -in type refrigerator for the pizza restaurant. It was
requested. to be able to utilize the existing 15 parking spaces
and not have to add the additional 8 that would be required.
• Norval Angle made a motion to approve the request the rear yard
variance but to deny the parking space waiver. John McClanahan
seconded.
