Members Present: W.M. Philips Larry Blair Norval Angle Members Absent: Steve Richards Others Present: Gary Winn The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Case #90-06 Address: 606 Oak Avenue • Legal Description: Lot 2 + North 15' of Lot 3, Blk 8, Tr 5 E.R. Trafford's Map of the Town of Sanford as recorded in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida Zoning Classification: SR -1 Front Yard Requirements: 25 feet Present Setbacks: 18 feet Variance Needed: 7 feet The planned use of the property is to set an existing house on a residential lot for use as a single family dwelling. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Henry Bowlinn Henry Bowlin was present to represent the request. Mr. Winn advised the members that he had inspected the property in reference to the request and that the front of the house is the required 25' but the variance is for the front porch that is already attached. He also advised that to set the house as requested with the 7' variance would bring it into line with the other houses. Larry Blair made a motion to approve the request the 7 feet • variance.
