The meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m. by the Chairman,
W.M. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
• I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 931 -939 W. 13th Street
Legal Description: Lot 25 & 26, Blk 9 Subd. of Blocks G, K, & J
Town of Goldsboro PB 1 PG 71 Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: GC -2
Parking Space Requirements: 17 spaces
Variance Needed: 5 spaces
The planned use of the property is to operate a coin laundry and
game room.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

W.M. Wesley was present and advised that he is going to pave the
area by the building next to the alley and provide (6) additional
spaces instead of the original (6) only making a total of (12)
spaces to be provided for the business.

• The planned use of this property is to construct an addition to
an existing commercial building.

Charles Carson was present to represent the request and advised
the members that the reason for the addition would be so they
could add a walk -in freezer for food storage and a slab to
support the freezer.
