recorded in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Side Yard Requirements: 25 feet
Present Setbacks: 9 feet
Variance Needed: 16 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect an addition to a
single family dwelling.
