Members Present: W.M. Philips Joe Scahffer Steve Richards Norval Angle Members Absent: Larry Blair Others Present: Gary Winn The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Case #90 -01 • Address: 801 W. 18th Street Legal Description: Lot 10, 11, 12 & 14D PB 35 PGS 71 -79 as recorded in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida Zoning Classification: SR -1 Side Yard Requirements: 25 feet Present Setbacks: 9 feet Variance Needed: 16 feet The planned use of the property is to erect an addition to a single family dwelling.
