Gentlemen:
• I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance in reference to
using an existing single family residence as a professional
office.
Address: 2490 Orange Avenue
Legal Description: Lot 25, Sanford Park PB 5 PG 62
Zoning Classification: RMOI
Lot Size Requirements: 10,000 sq. ft.
Variance Needed: 7,080 sq. ft.
The planned use of the property is to use as a professional
office.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: A.B. Peterson, III &
Bill Gray
A.B. Peterson, III and Bill Gray were present to represent the
request. They stated that the single family dwelling was in a
zoning district which allowed a professional but since it had
been built about 20 years ago, it did not meet present setback
requirements. They advised that they would have the required
parking and that they had contacted D.O.T. about a curb cut and
• they had agreed to take care of it.
