The meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m. by the W.M. Philps.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 2994 Sanford Avenue
• Legal Description: Leg S 153' of E 144' (LESS S 3' & E 7' for
RDS) Lot A
Zoning Classification: RC -1
Front Yard Requirements: 20 feet
Variance Needed: 11 feet
The planned use of the property is to construct a canopy over
self- service gas pumps.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

A representative from the gas station was present to represent
the request.
Mr. Schaffer had stated over the telephone that he had no problem
with the canopy.
Mr. Blair made a motion to approve the variance. Mr. Schaffer
seconded (via telephone).

Motion carried.

The planned use of the property is to construct a bay window.
