Regular Session in the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall
at 11:30 a.m. on July 22, 1988.

The meeting was called to order at 11:35 a.m. by the Chairman,
B.L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
• I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 302 Beverly Court
Legal Description: Lot 28 Groveview Village
Zoning Classification: SR -1
Side Yard Requirements: 7.5 feet
Variance Needed: Side Yard: 5.5 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect a storage garage.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Nanette Valeri was present to represent the request and presented
letters to the Board from Florida Power & Light Company, Southern
Bell, Cablevision of Central Florida and surrounding neighbors
who had no objection to the addition to the dwelling. Paul
Moore, Utility Director for the City of Sanford, advised the
Board, in person, that he had no objection. Several pictures
were submitted.
Mr. White made a motion to grant the variance of 5.5 feet as
• requested. Mr. Schaffer seconded.
