The meeting was called to order at 11:35 a.m. by the Chairman,
B.L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

• Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 803 Rosalia Drive
Legal Description: Lot 2, Less W. 6' thereof & lot 3 Less E.45'
thereof Less the S 12' of Alley Bik 18 2nd
Sec San Lanta
Zoning Classification: SR -1A
Setback Requirements: Rear Yard: 20 feet
Variance Needed: Rear Yard: 8 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect a carport to a single
family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

moved to approve the request for the variance. Mr. Blair
seconded.
