The meeting was called to order at 11:35 a.m. by the Chairman,
B.L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
• in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 2101 S. French Avenue
Legal Description: Lot 16, 17, 18 & 19 Blk 1 - Less W 8'
thereof Highland Park
Zoning Classification: RC -1
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 feet
Variance Needed: Front Yard: 7.05 feet
The planned use of the property is to erect aluminum covered
waiting area.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
