MOD PROPERTIES, LTD., a Florida Lim~ed Partnership,
does hereby grant, bargain and sell, Releases and convey to THE
CITY OF SANFORD the following described property for the full
purpose of road right-of-way, to-wit:

MADE A PART HEREOF DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A".
All said parcel lying, being and situated in the CITY
OF SANFORD, County of Seminole, State of Florida.
The Grantor does hereby dedicate the hereinabove
described property for public road right-of-way purposes to THE
CITY OF SANFORD, general public, however, reserving at all times
to MOD PROPERTIES, LTD., a Florida Limited Partnership, its
successors or assigns the reversion or reversions thereof when-
ever said road right-of-way shall be abandoned or discontinued
by law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has hereunto affixed

Commence at the East 1/4 Corner of Section 11, Township 20 South,
Range 30 East, run South 02° 45' 02" West, along the East line
of said Section 11, for 284.21 feet to a point on a circular curve
concave Southeasterly having for its elements a radius of 500.00
feet, a central angle of 06o 28' 00", a chord distance of 56.40
fe~t and a chord bearing of South 85° 25' 31" West; said point
being the Point of Beginning of a 80.00 foot easement that is
40.00 feet either side of the following-described line; thence
run Southwesterly along the arc of said curve for an arc distance
of 56.43 feet to a Point of Tangency; thence run South 82° 11' 31"
West for 144.89 feet to the Point of Curvature of a circular Curve
concave Northwesterly having a radius of 500.00 feet and a central
angle of 26° 45' 20"; run thence Westerly along the arc of said
Curve for an arc distance of 233.49 feet, to a Point of Tangency;
thence run North 71° 03' 09" West for 516.75 feet to a point on
the Easterly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 17 and 92,
said point being the end of the described easem, ent.
All of said land lying and being situated in Seminole County,
Florida.
