Present: Dr. Vann Parker George Scott Doris Gormly Sylvia Staliworth Others in Attendance: Alicia Clarke, Curator Eveline Bennett. Secretary Meeting was held at the Sanford Museum. Meeting was called to order at 5:20Pm. Ms. Clarke presented three new items that were donated to the museum. Mr. Scott distributed fliers regarding tne. Pioneers Days and 'ways Crafts Festival. Mr. Scott offered a tent for the Historical Society's use during the Pioneer Days and Ways. As there was not a quorum tne minutes of previous meeting were not approved, however board. members had no chancres Several downtown renovation proiects were discussed_ The need for a Museum sign was discussed.
