Meeting was held at the Sanford Museum. Meeting was called to
order at 5:20Pm.
Ms. Clarke presented three new items that were donated to the
museum.
Mr. Scott distributed fliers regarding tne. Pioneers Days and 'ways
Crafts Festival.

Dr. PaiJ:,er. Ms. Stalworth and Dr. Morgan's term- will be expiring
in November. Dr. Parv.ei stated he would 12,,e to continue to serve
on the boarC. Ms. Clarke s'Tated tnat Douglas Stenstrom has an
interest in serving on tnc.: noara. THe board had. no recommendations.
Mr. Scott offered a tent for the Historical Society's use during
the Pioneer Days and Ways.
As there was not a quorum tne minutes of previous meeting were not
approved, however board. members had no chancres
Several downtown renovation proiects were discussed_
The need for a Museum sign was discussed.
Mr. Scott will he contacting J.C. Penny's to inc:uire about the snow
cases in the old store located on Hwy. 17-22.
