Henry Shelton Sanford Memorial Library and Museum
520 East First Street
Sanford, Florida 32771
MEMO
To:
Yvette Hartsfield Dec. 2, 1991
From:
Alicia Clarke
Subject:
Museum Advisory Board
Attached please find a list of the members of the Museum Advisory
Board.
The Board meets quarterly but during the past year met more
frequently to discuss the building expansion project. I expect
there will be a number of special called meetings next year.
The schedule of meetings for 1992 should be:
. March 10
June 9
September 8
December 8
The meetings are on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:15 PM
and are held at the Museum.
Their schedule starts in March because this board held its first
meeting in December of 1987 and we've counted quarters from
there.
The Chairman for 1991 has left the board, so a new Chairman will
be elected at the December 10, 1991 meeting.
