KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE pRESENTS: That the CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, for and in consideration of
the sum of $1.00 to it in hand this day paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby release the reservation held by the cITY OF
SANFORD, FLOH.IDA over that portiOn of the property hereinafter described,
said reservation being set out in that certain deed dated May 16, 1949 from
the cITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, to FELLOW-
SHIP FOUNDATION, a corporation not for profit, said reservation being of
an easement through and acrOSs the following described property for sewers
together with the right of egress and ingreSS to repai~, maintain and replace
said sewers:
LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block A, Fellow-
ship Addition to Sanford, Florida, according to
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 3 of
the public records of Seminole County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said cITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
has caused these presents to be signed in its name by its Mayor and its cot-
