ORDINANCE NO. 2009-4169
An ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida amending Section 2(c)10
of Ordinance Number 2008-4147 relating to the rezoning of property
located at 2441 Park Avenue within the City of Sanford; modifying
the condition relating to sidewalk installation; providing for
implementing administrative actions; providing for conflicts;
providing for severability; providing for non-codification and
providing for an effective date.
Be it enacted by the People of the City of Sanford, Florida:
Section 1. Amendment to Section 2(c)10 of Ordinance Number 2008-4147.
The provisions of Section 2(c)10 of Ordinance Number 2008-4147 are amended to read
as follows:
10. The owner shall replace the sidewalk located alona Park Avenue within one
year of the issuance of the appropriate permit by the City for which the owner must
timely applv: provided. however. that a permit must be applied for by the owner and
issued on or before February 1. 2010 shall provide a bond for the estimated cost of
sidm'lalk oonstruction along Park Avenue. The amount of the bond shall be determined
by staff and must be E:ubmitted no later than February 8, 2009. Said bond 'NiII be cubjeot
to oall No':embor 24, 2009 if the sidmvalk hac not been oompleted to City speoifioations.
Section 2. Implementing Administrative Actions.
The City Clerk, or designee, is hereby authorized and directed to implement the
provisions of this Ordinance and to take any and all necessary administrative actions.
Section 3. Conflicts.
All ordinances or part of ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. Severability.

If any section, sentence, phrase, word, or portion of this Ordinance is
determined to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, said determination shall not be
held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section, sentence,
phrase, word or portion of this Ordinance not otherwise determined to be invalid,
unlawful or unconstitutional.
Section 5. Non-codification.
This Ordinance shall be not be codified in the City Code of the City of Sanford.
Section 6. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and adoption.
