CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT
City Attorney Colbert distributed a memorandum to the City Commission dated March 28, 2005, regarding the
Cloud Branch Acquisition Project; Anderson L. Brown property; Lake A venue, and requested consideration to take such action
as deemed appropriate to acquire the Anderson L. Brown parcel at the tax deed sale scheduled to occur at 11 :00 A.M. on April
4,2005.
Vice-Mayor Dr. Williams moved to authorize the City Attorney to take action as deemed appropriate to acquire

Manor Park without City Commission review during a six month period oftime so the Police Department and City Commission
