(Note: At meeting scheduled for 10 -31 -02 we did not have a quorum)
OLD BUSINESS
1. Discussion of contracts for cemetery maintenance and opening /closing of graves.
2. Discussion on increase of fees for opening /closing of graves.
• 3. Discussion on request from Quality Vault to allow burials after 4:00 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion on increasing rates of cemetery spaces when starting burials in Crawford
property. (Recommend that the City conduct a survey with other municipalities)
2. Discussion of future layout of Crawford property. RE: Veterans & cremation spaces.
3. Review of rules and regulations to discuss needed changes.
4. Request for names of people to fill the two vacancies on the Committee.

1. Discussion on putting wife's remains in regular space in Veterans Section- Crawford
property
2. Discussion on where to bury veterans in Crawford property when requesting to purchase
adjoining space for wife.
3. Discussion on upgrading Veterans Section — Crawford property. (flagpole/marker, etc.)
4. Report on storm damage at cemetery June 13
5. Report on extension of contracts for Opening/closing of graves & landscape maintenance of
cemetery.
