1. Report on planting trees on Crawford property and removing declining trees in Page
• Jackson and Lakeview.
2. Report on contract renewal of landscape maintenance of cemetery.
3. Report on City Ordinance eliminating term limits of board members.
4. Report on problems of vandalism, theft and illegal dumping at cemetery.
5. Report on problem of monument installers not putting concrete bases under markers.
6. Report on upcoming repairs to asphalt roadway in Evergreen.

3. Discussion of suggestion from Quality Vaults Inc. to not have burials after 4:00 p.m.
and to increase charges for opening /closing of graves on Saturdays.
