The composite total of unsold spaces is 1005.
It is estimated based on our burial rates for 1987 & 1988
averaged 68 persons per year. Out of the 68 persons
approximately 85% were new space sales or an average new spaces
sold annually of 58 spaces.
A projected increase of 7% new lot sales based on area
growth impact it is estimated a figure of 62 could be used as
annual space purchase rate.
Therefore, by dividing our current inventory of 1005 spaces
by 62 we should have 16.2 years of cemetery spaces available for
City of Sanford's citizen population.
