MINUTES OF THE
CEMETERY ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING
OCTOBER 17, 1990
Present: Bill Welborn, Chairman
Bette Gramkow, Secretary
James R. Jernigan
Absent: Bernard Mitchell, Vice President
Meeting was called to order at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday, October
17, 1990.
Minutes of the July 25, 1990 meeting were reviewed and
approved.
Director Jim Jernigan reported on the progress on cemetery
entrance way landscaping. The report on the reclaimed water
irrigation system was also presented.
Discussion of the Citizen Participation Program concluded that
staff will have the mail -out program to cemetery lot owners
completed by December 1990.
A target date of December 6 was tentatively set for dedication
of entrance way work at cemetery.
No further business. The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
