CEMETERY ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Meeting of

PRESENT: Bette Gramkow, Chairperson
Bill Welborn, Vice - Chairperson
ALSO PRESENT: Mike Kirby
Howard Jeffries
Meeting called to order at 3:40 p.m. by Chairperson Bette
Gramkow.
Minutes of January 22, 1992 were approved with no changes.
OLD BUSINESS•
Howard Jeffries updated the committee on the babyland section of
the cemetery.
Howard Jeffries & Mike Kirby discussed the new cemetery contract.
They commended Bon Terre Group on the excellent job they have
been doing.
Bill Welborn was reappointed by the City Commission to serve
another 3 year term on the committee.
NEW BUSINESS:
Mike Kirby stated that the recent vandalism done at the cemetery
has been taken care of by the parks crew.
Bill Welborn stated that there has been some washout of graves
that are being handled by Sunrise Funeral Home. Sunrise needs to
be notified to conform to burial regulations.
Howard Jeffries discussed the new cemetery program that is on
computer now. A demonstration of the program was presented to
the committee.
No further business meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
