Roll call taken.
Minutes of October 28, 1993 were read and approved with no
changes.
OLD BUSINESS
Howard Jeffries distributed a map showing the westerly entrance
of the cemetery that needs modified because it is dangerous for
cars to enter onto 25th St. from this area. Engineering Dept.
has a plan to modify this entrance, however the cost would be a
minimum of $5,000.00. Mike Kirby & Howard Jeffries are to discuss
this problem further to see if cost can be cut or come up with
another solution.
Question was asked on what the status is on determining the
ownership of the Pace Jackson cemetery. Mike Kirby reported that
the information is still in the office of the City Attorney and
nothing has been determined yet.
No further business the meeting was adjourned at 3:55 p.m.
