Vice Chairman Thelma Mike conducted the meeting.
Thelma Mike gave the invocation.
Roll Call was taken by Linda Tucker.
Minutes of January 27, 1999 were read and approved.
OLD BUSINESS:
Status report on Crawford property: The excavating contractor has completed clearing
the Crawford property and the sodding has been completed. The City is now having a
problem obtaining a correct survey. The City Attorney is working on this. Once the
survey is obtained an irrigation system will be installed.
Status report on repair of the Lakeview gazebo: The contractor, Weshmark Corporation
is replacing roof at the present time. The gazebo is being renovated to keep the same look
it had before.
Status repprt on increase of gave space fees: The City Commission has approved an
increase in cemetery space fees to $625.00. The new increase will become effective May
1, 1999.
NEW BUSINESS:
Status report on Seminole County cleaning up their section of Page Jackson Cemetery.
Seminole County is considering cleaning their section of Page Jackson Cemetery,
however, this is pending receiving cost estimates from their staff. Work should begin
sometime in September 1999.
There being no further business meeting was adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
