Recommend awarding Bid 4IFB 01/02 -03 Opening /Closing of Grave Spaces Sanford Municipal
Cemetery to Quality Vaults, Inc., P.O. Box 770008, Winter Garden, Florida 3477 -0008.

The Purchasing Agent opened bids November 12, 2001. Two bids were received and evaluated
with Quality Vaults, Inc. submitting the lowest responsive bid. Quality Vaults, Inc. has been
performing these services for the past three years and has done a commendable job.
