Dear Mr. Kirby,
A year after my husband passed away, l contacted the city about the varin €o, ways
gravesites were being marked 1 was assured Kt p F rah e.
graves into compliance with the rules and regulations set forth at the time
This has not been done and the various materials are not meeting the rules and
regulations.
In section 111 C: 8 it plainly defines the coping and edging requirements. Every grave site
utilized after April is, 1998 that has edging other than "marble, granite, or continuous
poured minimum of 6 " square concrete containing #5 rebar" is out of compliance.
Please read the last paragraph in section III C: 8 about the pre - existing rrstY.Is.'
was the newer part of the cemetery at the time. There are many grcrvesk d
to standards set by the city.
In addition:
1. In one of the pictures you will notice that ever - present trash pile as you enter
the J section.
2. In two of the pictures you will see the sizable ant beds that we hmm }n '`!e
out there.
3. We were told the city was irrigating that section. I have lost more grass to the
weeds in my lot i have never seen the first sign of irrigation.
4. People eat out there and throw wrappers on the ground
S. Dead and/or faded flowers are not removed in a timely fashion.
Mr. Kirby, please give these problems your attention. My work number h 407- 871 -9916

notifying you if I had a change of address.
