The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in a Special Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 A.M. on April 14, 2000.
Members Present: Larry Blair - Chairman
Ruth Stamm
Barbara Knowles
Members Absent: Sylvia Smith
Karl Stairs
Others Present: Dan Florian, Building Official
Arlene Rumbley, Administrative Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman Larry Blair
The following letter was submitted again for consideration

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the
Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 126 Circle Hill Rd.
Legal Description: Lot 14, Mayfair Club Phase II as recorded in Sanford, PB 54 PGS 84 & 85 in
Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: Pud
Rear Yard Setback Requirements - 20ft
Present Setback: 11.5ft
Variance Needed: 8.5 ft
The planned use of the property is to install a screen room in the rear yard.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Blair asked the�beard to move to reconsider the request. Ms. Stamm made the motion to
approve the request. Ms. Knowles seconded.

Mrs. D'Amico present to represent her request for a screen room. Mr. Florian went out to 126
Circle Hill Rd and found that Mr & Mrs. D'Amico did not have a screen room on there property.
Ms. Knowles went out and checked the property and said the screen room was not built. After
consideration Ms. Knowles made a motion to approve the variance request. Ruth Stamm
seconded.
