Members Present: Sylvia Smith, Acting Chairperson Ruth Stamm Karl Stairs Barbara Knowles Member Absent: Larry Blair - excused Others Present: Dan M. Florian, Building Official Jo Ann Johnson, Secretary The Acting Chairperson, Sylvia Smith, called the meeting to order at 11:30 A.M. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment • City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance, Address: 2204 Oak Avenue Legal Description: Lots 8, 9 & N '/z of Lot 10, Blk 12, Highland Park, as recorded in PB 4 PG 28, Public Records of the Seminole County, Florida. Zoning Classification: SRI -A Front Yard Setback Requirement: 25 ft Present Setback: 19 ft Variance Needed: 6ft The planned use of the property is to construct an addition onto the front of a single- family residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
