The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:35 A.M. on May 10, 2001.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairperson
Sylvia Smith
Ruth Stamm
Members Absent: Karl Stairs- excused
Andrew Valente- excused
Others Present: Robert Bott, Plans Examiner
Mary Muse, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M.

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the
Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 102 Circle Hill Road
Legal Description: Lot 34, Mayfair Club, Phase II, as recorded in PB 54 PGs 84 & 85, Public
Records of the Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: PD
Variance Needed: 9 -ft. rear yard.
The planned use of the property is to construct a sunroom on an existing slab.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

No representative was present to represent the variance request. There are several homes in the
area that currently has screen rooms. The house was constructed with an open hipped roof porch.
In order for the owner to enclose the porch, owner would have to obtain a variance.

Sylvia Smith made a motion to approve the 9 -ft. rear yard variance to allow an 11 -ft. rear yard
setback. Ruth Stamm seconded.
