The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:35 A.M. on May 24, 2001.
Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairperson
Ruth Stamm
Andrew Valente
Members Absent: Karl Stairs - unexcused
Sylvia Smith - unexcused
Others Present: Dan Florian, Building Official
Mary Muse, Secretary
The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A. M.

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the
Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1008 & 1012 W e Street
Legal Description: W '/z of SE' /4 Blk 5 Tr 13, Town of Sanford, as recorded in PB 1 PGs 113, Public
Records of the Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: MR -3
Variance Needed: 2 -ft. parcel width.
The planned use of the property is to construct a duplex.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Eddie Green
Mr. Green was present to represent the variance request. There are other duplexes in the area.
The structure will meet all required setbacks. The only variance needed is the parcel width.

Andrew Valente made a motion to approve the 2 -ft. parcel width variance to allow a 73 -ft. parcel
width. Ruth Stamm seconded.
