Members Present: Larry Blair, Chairperson Ruth Stamm Andrew Valente Members Absent: Karl Stairs - unexcused Sylvia Smith - unexcused Others Present: Dan Florian, Building Official Mary Muse, Secretary The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A. M. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall • Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 1008 & 1012 W e Street Legal Description: W '/z of SE' /4 Blk 5 Tr 13, Town of Sanford, as recorded in PB 1 PGs 113, Public Records of the Seminole County, Florida Zoning Classification: MR -3 Variance Needed: 2 -ft. parcel width. The planned use of the property is to construct a duplex. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Eddie Green Mr. Green was present to represent the variance request.
