Members Present Members Absent Larry Blair, Chairman Andrew Valente Karl Stairs Ruth Stamm Sylvia Smith Others Present: Dan Florian, Bldg Official Russ Gibson, Land Development Mgr Nick Balevich, Land Development Lynnette Mote, Secretary Jo Ann Johnson The Chairperson Larry Blair called the meeting to order at 11:35 A.M. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 107 Pinecrest Drive Legal Description: Leg lot 4 Blk E South Pinecrest PB 10 PG 10 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. Zoning Classification: SRI Front Yard Setback Requirement: 25.0' Variance Needed: 1.95 Side Yard Setback Requirement: 7.5' Variance Needed: .69' Side Yard Front Setback Requirement: 25.00 Variance Needed: 7.35' The request for this variance is to vary the front, side and side -yard front setbacks to allow homeowner to enclose his carport to add a bedroom and bathroom. Zoning Classification: PD Rear Yard Setback Requirement: 20' Variance Needed: 6' The request is to allow a 6' encroachment on the rear yard 14' setback in order for the homeowner to build a screened porch. Dan Florian distributed a handout "Requirements for Variance Applications" to all members present. • Russ Gibson and Nick Balevich of Land Development were there to answer any questions.
