BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
February 28, 2002
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Regular Session in the City Commission
Chambers of the City Hall at 11:35 A.M. on February 28, 2002.

The Chairperson Larry Blair called the meeting to order at 11:35 A.M.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning
Ordinance.
Address: 107 Pinecrest Drive
Legal Description: Leg lot 4 Blk E South Pinecrest PB 10 PG 10 of the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida.
Zoning Classification: SRI
Front Yard Setback Requirement: 25.0'
Variance Needed: 1.95
Side Yard Setback Requirement: 7.5'
Variance Needed: .69'
Side Yard Front Setback Requirement: 25.00
Variance Needed: 7.35'
The request for this variance is to vary the front, side and side -yard front setbacks to allow homeowner to
enclose his carport to add a bedroom and bathroom. Owner Robert Burgess was present to represent the
request.

Legal Description: Lot 42 Mayfair Club PH 1 PB 53 Pgs 7 & 8 of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida.
Zoning Classification: PD
Rear Yard Setback Requirement: 20'
Variance Needed: 6'
The request is to allow a 6' encroachment on the rear yard 14' setback in order for the homeowner to build
a screened porch. Owner Randy Solomon was present to represent the request.
