• BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
April 25, 2002
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Regular Session in the
City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:35, AM on April 25, 2002.
Members Present: Larry Blair
Sylvia Smith
Karl Stairs
Members Absent: Ruth Stamm
Andrew Valente
Others Present: Dan Florian, Bldg Official
Lynnette Mote, Secretary
The Chairperson Larry Blair called the meeting to order at 11:34, AM.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 134 Brushcreek Drive
Legal Description: LOT 146 Country Club Park PH 2 PB 54 PGS 22 thru 24
Zoning Classification: PD
Rear Yard Setback Requirement: 25'
Variance Needed: 14'
The request for this variance is to approve the building of a screened porch to the back of
the house. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The owner Marc Feldman was present to represent his request.
A motion was made by Sylvia Smith to approve the request to accommodate a 12'
variance for the addition of a screened room to the back of the house.
• Motion was seconded by Karl Stairs.
Vote was all aye's.
• Motion carried.
There followed a brief discussion of whether or not Barbara Farrell's house from last
month's vote would be facing Oak street or not.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:45 by rry 4a'.
