BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
SEPTEMBER 25, 2003
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Regular Session in the
City Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30, a.m. on September 25, 2003

The Chairperson Larry Blair called the meeting to order at 11:35 AM
Item 2 - Case # BOA 03 -2585, Mr. Jan Puterbaugh of 120 Borada Rd., presented the
board with a petition to gain approval for enclosing his garage in a SRI zoning district.
Mr. Valente motioned to approve as submitted. Ms. Stamm seconded. Motion
• carried 3 -1 (Blair).
Item 3 — Case # BOA 03 -2623, Mr. Joshua Murray of 1818 Landing Dr., #C, Sanford,
owner of the vacant property, 513 E 91h St., petitioned the board for approval to construct
a single family residence with a 13.75' front yard setback variance.
Ms. Stamm motioned to approve as submitted. Mr. Stairs. Motion carried 4 -0.
Item 1 — Case #BOA 03 -2508 — Mr. Michael Flynn, 126 Hazel Blvd. was unavailable
due to serious illness.
Mr. Stairs made a motion to table the case until the next available meeting date. Mr.
Valente seconded. Motion carried 4 -0.
