BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
May 13, 2004
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 a.m. on May 27, 2004
Members Present: Larry Blair - Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Ruth Stamm
Karl Stairs
Members Absent Andrew Valente - excused
Others Present: Dan Florian, Building Official
Jo -Ann Johnson, Administrative Secretary
The Chairman, Larry Blair called the meeting to order at 11:40 A.M.
Item 2 — Case #04 -1766, 115 Monterey Oaks Drive, Mr. Andy Rivera owner and applicant
is requesting approval for a solid panel 6' pvc fence in a front /side yard.
Ms. Smith made the motion to approve a solid panel 6' pvc fence in accordance
with the submitted site plan. Ms. Stamm seconded the motion.
