The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 a.m. on June 10, 2004
Members Present: Larry Blair - Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Ruth Stamm
Members Absent Andrew Valente - excused
Karl Stairs — excused
Others Present: Dan Florian, Building Official
Jo -Ann Johnson, Administrative Secretary
The Chairman, Larry Blair called the meeting to order at 11:37 A.M.
Item 2 — Case #04 -1910, 417 W. 12a' Street, the applicant Mr. Gary Stewart,
is requesting approval to replace the existing accessory structure in his side yard.
Ms. Smith made the motion to approve the application as submitted. Ms. Stamm
seconded the motion. Motion carried 3 -0.

New Business: None
Adjournement: There being no her mess, t e meeting was adjourned at 11:51 a.m.
