The Board of Adjustment of the City of Sanford, Florida met in Regular Session in the City
Commission Chambers of the City Hall at 11:30 a.m. on July 22, 2004
Members Present: Larry Blair - Chairman
Sylvia Smith
Ruth Stamm
Andrew Valente
Members Absent Karl Stairs — excused
Others Present: Dan Florian, Building Official
Jo -Ann Johnson, Administrative Secretary
The Chairman, Larry Blair called the meeting to order at 11:36 A.M.
Item 2 — Case #04 -2158, 1811 Mellonville Avenue, the applicant Mr. Leslie Julien, is
requesting approval for a room addition to his single family residence. The side
yard setback as well as the lot width is non - conforming to current LDR
requirements.
Ms. Stamm made the motion to approve the request noting the 3.5 foot sideyard
setback and the 4.13 foot variance to the required 60 foot lot width. Mr. Valente
seconded the motion. Motion carried 4 -0.
