GRANT OF UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this /~ ~ day of September A.D, 1996, between MOSES BROWN and
SADIE B. BROWN, husband and wife, of the County of Seminole and State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, situate in Seminole County, Florida,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other valuable consideration to be in hand paid by party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted and conveyed, and by these presents do grant and convey to party of the second
part, its successors, assigns, and licensees, a perpetual easement under, upon, and across the properly
situate in Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as a utility easement in Section 25,
Township 19 South, Range 30 East over the following described property:
The Easterly 69 feet of the following described proper[y, to wit:
Beginning at a point 440 feet North and 287.1 feet East of the Southwest corner of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, Seminole
County, Flodda, run East 403.95 feet, thence run N.19°49'33"W. 58.47 feet, thence
run West 384.12 feet to the East right-of-way line of Persimmon Avenue, thence run
South 55 feet to the Point of Beginning;
for public utility purposes, including specifically storm and sanitary sewers, and for the installation, inspection,
servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement of all utilities now existing or hereafter to exist on said
property, such easement including the right of free ingress and egress over and across said property for any
of the purposes aforesaid.

SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 21st day of AUGUST , A.D., 1996, by FLEET
MORTGAGE COPORATION, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
, party of the first part, and THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a Flodda
municipal corporation, hereafter called party of the second part;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, party of the first part is the owner and holder a certain Mortgage, recorded
August 15, 1973, recorded in Official Records Book 991, Page 1644, assigned to Federal National
Mortgage Assocation by Assignment recorded September 5, 1973, in Official Records Book 993,
Page 0373, and assigned to Fleet Mortgage Corporation by Assignment recorded
in Official Records Book , Page , Public Records of Seminole County, Florida which
encumbers the following described real property situated in Seminole County, Florida, described
as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point 440 feet North and 287.1 feet East of the Southwest corner of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, Seminole

WHEREAS, party of the second part is desirous to obtain a Perpetual Utility Easement
over the Easterly 69 feet of the above-described property; and
WHEREAS, said party of the first part has agreed to subordinate said Mortgage to the party
of the second part and said second party is agreeable to such subordination.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, FLEET MORTGAGE CORPORATION, party of the first part, hereby
subordinates the aforesaid Mortgage recorded in Official Records Book 991, Page 1644, and
Assignment recorded in Official Records Book _ , Page , of the Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida to the Perpetual Utility Easement of the City of Sanford, Florida, and
FLEET MORTGAGE CORPORATION does hereby declare any right or claim held by it under or
by virtue of the aforesaid Mortgage to be inferior and subordinate to that certain Perpetual Utility
Easement to be placed upon the premises in favor of THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, FLEET MORTGAGE CORPORATION has hereunto set its hand
and seal by its proper officers duly authorized, at MIgWAUKgE County, State of
Wisconsin, the year first written above.
