Listed below is the status of projects reviewed by the board during the January and February 2013 meetings. The
board must determine if the work is in compliance with the issued CofAs.
715 Magnolia Avenue
Item: The board approved the request to change the roof material from stamped metal shingles to architectural
shingles.
Status: The roof material has been changed to architectural shingles.

212 E. 1 Street
Item: The board approved the request to add an additional storefront entrance with two conditions 1) signed and
sealed engineered drawings must be provided prior to permitting and 2) if signed and sealed engineered
drawings deviate from the proposed plan they will require additional review by the HPB.
Status: The applicant has received a permit for the approved scope of work. The interior remodel is underway; the
exterior alterations have not commenced.
1013 Myrtle Avenue
Item: The board approved the request to construct a stucco wall and paint building/privacy wall.
Status: The stucco wall has been constructed as approved and the building/privacy wall have been painted.
401 Palmetto Avenue
Item: The board approved the request to construct a 1 ½ story detached garage with the condition the ribbon
driveways on drawing will be reconfigured to align with the existing single curb cut.
Status: The ribbon driveways have not been installed. The permit is still open and active.

400 Park Avenue
Item: The board approved the request to replace the railing and balustrade on the Centennial Park gazebo with the
condition the applicant use the vertical railing as shown on bottom of picture submitted.
Status: Funding is not available at this time for improvements.
